Misono ux10 or Kikuichi Gyuto

I have a global deba knife and looking to replace it I work in Manhattan and Im not sure which one I should get if those After doing research they seem the best for what I need to do. Any comments on which is better? like easiest to sharpen? holds the best edge? weight? etc. best all around

You might have better luck in the "In The Kitchen" forum on KnifeForums, but of those two I'd go with the Misono. Great knife, great price, does everything really really well.
