I had to use a Kabar Dozier Aus8 for about two weeks recently, but was reminded how much I like my S30V Spyder's.
Don't get me wrong, I haven't met a knife I didn't like. This Kabar is a good deal for that price range. The AUS8 gets hair popping sharp, only it doesn't stay that way long enough for me. (spoiled)
I am back with my Spyders now and thinking, how did I get by all these years with 01 tool steel? Any how thank you Sal, thank you Spyderco, thank for full flat ground, thank you S30V.
