Missing backspacer on ZT 0450???

I'm new here so please forgive me if I don't use the right terminology. I have a ZT 0450CF with what I think is a carbon fiber scale and all in black.

I recall dropping it a few days ago, can't remember where (wait till you get older, you'll see). Today I was using the knife and noticed that the (I think) backspacer, located at the rear of the knife, at the opposite end from the flipper when the blade is closed, just ain't there.

I can't figure out exactly what this backspacer (if that's the right name for it) does and why I need it. Of course I can send it in to ZT and buy a new one, but if it is not a safety or function issue and is just there to fill space, then I may not do that.

My question is, if you were in my position, what would you do if anything?

Do you see little metal cylinders around the body screws?

I believe the 450 has barrel spacers instead of a back spacer.

Yes, they are there. I am pretty sure there was a backspacer there, but, then again, I might be wrong. I think you are saying I am not missing anything (off my knife), huh?

Yep, I think you're good to go.
I checked the ZT site and didn't see one there.

Yep. They serve they same purpose just with a different aesthetic.

They might actually be TI instead of brass.

0450cf has green stand offs, no backspacer

Trust me I find weird things all the time on my knives I never noticed haha.

There are aftermarket backspacers for the 0450, maybe you 'em mixed up
