Well, I reached into my pocket this moring and my dog paws Sebenza wasn't there! Panick! I retraced my steps looking for it and couldn't find it. Later I had to go home and let my sick dog out, and there on the counter sat my knife. I was sure I had put it in my pocket this morning. Just another example of how getting older sucks.

Thats scary! I would have freaked out lol. I know that feeling, then once you find it you make sure you never lose it again.

Just curious, but I noticed that you were in MI, and I know that "paws" sebbie is a Plaza Cutlery exclusive. Did you get it second hand or was here in southern California at some point in time?

Plaza sells via the internet. I ordered mine from their web site.

The few times I didn't have my knife in my pocket caused a near heart attack. That brief moment when I reach for my knife and don't feel it is hard on my heart!

If I lost a Sebenza I'd probably soil myself and then cry myself dehydrated. That had to be scary.

The hell with your knife. What's wrong with your dog? Give your dog a bit more love.
You already do?
Good.
More can't hurt.

(glad you found your knife ;) )

I have a small Sebenza that I FORCE myself to carry every workday.
I am very paranoid about losing it and find myself constantly
checking my pocket to make sure it is there.

I just can't let it sit in a drawer and not get used!
So far so good...it sure is a delight to cut with.

Going home to look after the dog is what found him the Sebenza! :D

Dog's fine. Just a precautionary measure as she ate a porkchop someone threw on the trail during our mourning walk. Was thinking she could use an extra break during the day..
