Missing VT 6 year old survives overnight in freezing temps

I hope they get a very substantial bill for the more than 100 members from the Vermont State Police Search and Rescue, Fish and Game, local fire departments and local residents who assisted in the search. As well as the Customs and Border Protection air and marine unit helicopter which did an air search during the night. And then a lengthy visit from the State child protective services division followed by an interview in court with a child advocacy judge. At the very least they might gain some valuable lessons from parenting courses.
 
I have a 7.5 year old. No way is he ever going anywhere in the woods by him self! He is alive by some miracle.

My kids were never by themselves
But they were drilled.
