Is there any way to reach spark about this? I've tried so many times, posts and emails to 2 different addresses. It's been at least 8 months now, no reply or anything, email or posts. I mean I'm not sure if it was sent, lost in the mail or what. Should I just write this off as a loss?

I've emailed 2 addresses, and posted at least twice if not more on the WSS Patch feedback thread. Missing patch since beginning of September 2013.
