On the very week that I decide that I can no longer afford to buy any more knives at all, I lose my precious 0560. It was clipped to my pocket as I worked on Tuesday, I remember feeling the jimping. Later that day, I'm at home. I reach into my pocket for it, hoping to cut my dinner with it. It wasn't there. My dinner went cold as I frantically searched all the places I sat, hoping to find it lying on a cushion. Computer chair, living room couch, bed sheets, drivers seat of my car... All searched and no knife. I called work, maybe the manager would spot it under my desk, as occasionally I place it there to admire it, regardless of the fact that I never took it out of my pocket for anything that day- but no results. I called again the next day hoping maybe it turned up in the lost and found... Again, nothing. I left until today to make a thread about it, hoping it would turn up. Unfortunately, the thread is being made.

I was hoping that the 0560 would be the knife I took with me when I go for Basic Infantry Qualifications this summer, as it's done me so well every time I'm in the field. I'm so heartbroken. I don't know where else to look. I'm come to the conclusion that it fell out of my pocket at work and someone found and chose not to turn it in. I even checked the Craigslist lost in found in hopes it would be there.

R.I.P buddy :(

That is a painful loss. I hope it turns up. I've "lost" things only to have them turn up while looking for something else that I lost. Good luck!

Don't give up hope. I once had a BM 707 sequel that I lost. It was losing that knife that brought me to this site actually. Anyway, I replaced it, got a few more knives since then. About 6 months and 4 new knives later, I found it in my wife's car. I ended up selling it because I had moved on. Maybe it's time to move on?;)

Post the serial! That way we can all be on the lookout for it.
The picture in the original photo is the clearest photo I have of the serial number :/ I never wrote it down :(

EDIT: I remember posting it's serial in the 0560 soundoff thread. I found my post. It's 1120.

Maybe it will return. I knew someone that had a gun stolen, and reported it so. Then about a year later it was found in a crevasse in a waterbed that was being patched. Give up hope now, and it'll be pure joy if you ever do find it.
