Mission Knives - Anyone Have Info on This Model?

I came across what appears to be an unusual variant of the Mission Knives MPK10-Ti. Has anyone seen one of these before? Is it a pimp job or something that Mission Knives produced?

Does it look authentic?

http://www.missionknives.com/ , ask them to be sure but I'm 99.9% certain it's a rehandle. I've never seen them catalog a model with a micarta handle, and the sheath is certainly custom.
