What is the story behind this brand, is it the most logical to make a knife of all titanium? What is A2 steel?

Titanium is corrosion proof, and has no magnetic signiture. I read that that was a plus for divers in mine-infested waters, which most of us dont have to worry about. :D I think the main point is that it is rust proof.

The titanium alloy that Mission uses does hold an edge better than most. I've been using a couple of their small models in the kitchen pretty successfully, the MPU and MBK.

A2 is a well-known steel also used by Chris Reeve for many of his fixed blades and by Bark River Knife & Tool for many of theirs.
