This past weekend I had my other Mission MPF-Ti lifted from my person

. I '"KNOW"' it was clipped in my left front pocket...when I went to pull it out...it was gone! I do remember waiting in a long line at a store when I was rubbed up against abruptly by an individual. That is when it was taken as a 5 finger discount by that pickpocketer!
I didn't realize it though until it was too late.

My buddy that I gave my original MPF-Ti knife to earlier this year offered to give that one back to me, but I declined. I wouldn't feel right about that, plus he uses it too much.

Oh well!

I hope that 5 finger dicounted MPF-Ti serves that crook well

I hope you (the crook) are reading this!
No, I don't want it back now either, it's yours to keep!

No, I don't wish harm on him from that knife...I just hope he feels GUILTY when ever he uses it is all! Course maybe his intentions are not to use it but to sell it.
Either way, I hope he has some kind of guilt in his head!

If he were reading this he would probably laugh. people that do things like this don't usually care at all how it makes the victim feel.
Sorry to hear of your loss, it is a shame.

That's too bad Mark. I have VERY serious issues with theft.

As a fellow victim of theft, I can't for the life of me understand how ANYONE can make the conscious choice to steal another man's property. It's just beyond me ..... we work so damn hard everday of our lives to achieve a decent living, only to have our possessions taken from us by literally anyone, especially whose moral and ethical fibre rivals that of fouled toilet water!

And it goes beyond just simple theft .... consider all the ass-backwards people out there who do absolutely NOTHING to contribute to society, yet feel they have the RIGHT to live off the fruits of our labours!

Sorry everyone .... Mark's story kinda hit a nerve there. I'll be okay after I blast some HEAVY METAL ....... it does a angry soul good!

Metal-Demon...I'm with ya! I can't understand it either. How could one actually enjoy using something stolen? A knife at that!

Let me ask you this Mark: Hypothetically, what would you have done if you had known that your Mission MPF-TI was being stolen, and had the opportunity to prevent it's theft from your person? I'm just curious ....

Depending on the situation of how it was being relieved from me, by what type of person, and where I was would have to be taken into account. In this particular situation I would have probably have yelled something like THIEF hoping that he would have been spoofed and dropped that knife and maybe even have chased the guy for a while to see where he was going or if I could get a license plate number, if he went into a vehicle that is! Hopefully someone else would have helped also being there were alot of people around at the time too!

It wouldn't have been worth tackling him though, he may have had a gun or even tried using my own knife on me. You never know now a days with all the knutts out there!

It's hard to say for sure though how I would actually react because of how quick it all happened and what your natural reaction would have been! I guess it's easy to say what you would have done once it's all over!

I used to have A Boker top-lock that I wore in it's sheath, horizontal sob. The sheath had the standard velcro flap. I was hanging around with some friends one night when one of them bumped me and took the knife. I had no idea! Of course this friend happens to be a magician who does a pickpocket act, but still I am sure other not so friendly characters are just as good. Anyway I post this as a back-up warning to Mark's post. You may be surprised what a good thief can do. PS. He did give me the knife back.

Maybe someone will steal the knife from the thief, now that would be ironic!!
