Just hoping to get some general info, and hopfully some info on long term usage in either ti or a2. -Thanks.

I HAD an all titanium one, and it was a GREAT knife!! Sharp as sharp could be. I sold it to fund another knife. I miss it.

I've also got one of the all ti models. I like the feel of it and it stays sharp for a long time.

Although, I can't get mine as sharp as I'd like. I've got it at 30 deg and I'm thinking about moving down to 25 to see if I can make it sharper.

TKC, how'd you get yours sharp?

I had a Mission titanium MPK. It was rather dull out of the box and I was unable to improve it much. I have no trouble sharpening my steel knives to a keen edge.

Maybe the titanium blades vary from knife to knife. After all, I only had one specimen. But this one experience would lead me to believe titanium blade technology needs to be improved before it can cut like steel.

ive had an mpf full titanium for a couple of years, its a cool knife, the thumb studs are made for using with gloves, they are a bit sharp & long, its light, cuts pretty well. i found the finish of the handle scratches pretty easily.i got it for 250.00 which was a steal.they generaly go for about 389.00,i dont think it is worth that much, theres a lot of other choices for less.....
