Does anyone know anything about this knife? It looks like the current MPK 10" but it is marked MPKS/Mission and the blade is about 7" half serrated. I got it in a trade and haven't been able to find anything out about it with a search on Google or here. I have no real use for it as it's too big to do anything with. I guess it would be a good camping/survival knife as it is big and heavy.

I had one of the first ones and it is as you describe. It is certainly a tough knife and basically a copy of the mad dog ATAK. The only problem with it is that it is very light because it is made from Ti. Not a good chopper at all. But cutting, batoning, sure. They make a version out of A2 which would be better for chopping

I’m a little late to seeing your post, but your Mission is made out of A2. Out of curiosity would you be interested in selling it?
