Which one I should get? Just can't make up my mind... La Griffe looks "cooler" but I am not sure if its recurved edge will fit the daily utility tasks. The MPU is plain and simple but the look is just lacking that little bit of "coolness" in which I found La Griffe has. And no I don't think I will get both. :) What do u think?

Two very different knives.

I've got the Ti MPU, which isn't the same kind of user as steel at all, but the shape of it is very comfortable. For a knife so much larger than the Griffe, it carries easily enough.

But that La Griffe is definitely a good idea. It's a better utility knife than you might imagine, it practically disappears however you carry it, and the blade isn't much smaller than the MPU, either.

(If you're looking for compact, general purpose utility alone, how about something like a CRKT Carson F4? I've got the custom version but they're the same size and shape, probably the best actual utility necker size and shape there is.)

Thanks, Esav. Still debating between the two.. checked the Carson F4 already but found its handle a bit too short to me. Besides, what I like about the MPU/La Griffe is that I am looking for something with a skeleton handle.. just loves its simplicity on the look.

...Let's think about it over the weekend.:)

i have no idea what the other one is (post a pic) but you cannot go wrong with the lagriffe. cannot go wrong and it fits so well in your hand and the blade gives you a lot of cutting power in a small size. ok, i don't have one,(yet) but it looks great. i've been meaning to pick one up but i'd really like a custom one. maybe when i make my way over to france.

Pete
