Missouri Knife Law Question

So I'm working on a deal to sell a manual folding knife of mine to someone in Missouri (not a bladeforums deal, but I did list it here a while back with no luck). The knife has a 4" blade.

From what I can tell - Its not illegal for me to sell and ship it to the buyer. Its not illegal for the buyer to purchase, receive or own such a knife.

It is, from what I can read, illegal for said buyer to carry it concealed.

I should be safe here, right? Because possession and purchase is okay. If the buyer carries it illegally and gets caught, that's his own fault. Right?

Kinda like if I own a handgun here in PA but don't have a concealed carry permit, I can own it I just can't carry it. And the person who sold it to me isn't responsible.

I've checked some online shops and I don't see any restrictions of sales to MO in terms of 4" manual folders.

If anyone could help out or give me your $.02 worth, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks.

Laws that regulate the carry of knives have no effect on the purchase and sale of them in any state. The buyer is always responsible for obeying local laws with regards to any knife they purchase. A manual folding knife can be sold from any state to any other state unless one party is a minor (which complicates the matter).

Awesome, thanks for the info and confirmation.
