Missouri knife laws

Im currently looking to buy a quality knife and i was wondering what kind knifes are illegal in Missouri

Knife legality in any area is broken down into four types: Ownership, Sale, Open Carry and Concealed Carry.

In Missouri, the only knife that is illegal to own is a switchblade. They are also illegal to sell.

All other knives, no matter the size or type, are legal to own, sell and carry openly in plain sight.

Only folding knives with blades that are 4 inches or less can be carried concealed.
