A very BIG Thank you! to my friend Duncan Morgan. Duncan posts in a few threads that he favors and all though his postings are limited he interacts with so many here on the porch:thumbsup: He is often times the first to rally for a struggling porch member who may be in need. He gifts to so many here and his postings are some of the most passionate of anyone who posts. Jamie, another class act here on the porch was selling knives in the traditional forum a week or so ago.
One of those a Washington Jack in Cocobolo. Duncan laid claim to the WJ but it had sold. Jamie then told Duncan that he had another WJ in either Ebony or Smooth Red bone. I, for the most part am a Ebony junkie. Duncan told me he had either option and when I had laid eyes on the smooth Red Bone, I thought, "yeah, I have to give that beauty a try. Well, lo and behold Duncan claimed the red bone and gifted me this BEAUTIFUL smooth red bone WJ:thumbsup::cool:

Thank you Duncan, you are a kind and generous man my friend:thumbsup:

what a treat! I know there is a modded one out there that is a single blade! good on ya Duncan!

That’s a beautiful Washington Jack Paul. :D You two guys are both some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet! I have experienced gifts from each of you. I have been honored to be involved in many efforts with you and others to help our fellow Forum friends. I really think you guys both set standards that we should all strive to attain. Congratulations Paul and well done Duncan!

Oh.... ummmm That Knife was for me- but how do I tell Paul that? :D

Lol - no not really- Paul has been after a Clip Point 77 Washington Jack for quite some time and I kinda owe him about a million knives - so here’s just the start of trying to pay him back
Man... these are such beautiful knives and I remember Charlie’s description on the label that this could’ve one of the most beautiful Tradional knives - they are simply outstanding.

Jamie our friend- thank you so much kind Sir.

Thanks for the kind comments- but not necessary as I am looked after here so much by you guys

What a wonderful gift Duncan. Paul, I would've liked to seen your face when you open that box.Be sure and give us some more pictures. Great stuff!!!

Congrats to you paulhilborn paulhilborn on getting that stunning Washington Jack from Campbellclanman Campbellclanman . I have to agree with Charlie that it may very well be one of the very nicest looking Traditional Knives ever made . It does not matter whether it is the Jack or the HJ , they are just an outstanding addition to any collection . I am never surprised what you and Duncan gift or receive anymore , but I am always impressed with it .

WOWOWOW! The generosity, kindness, and humility apparent all the time here on the porch never ceases to amaze me. Y’all are class acts.

Ive been fishing for a bite off Duncs for awhile now but had no luck.
This one has me packing up my spinning rod and bait box full of derogatory anti kiwi lures and leaving the big fella to fight another day.
Good on ya broo. Chur.
