Mister Potatoe Heads Knife

Haven't posted here for awhile, haven't made much of anything either latly. I did get this put together yesterday. Forged the blade out of a piece of the rusty steel behind mister head. It's a piece of really old logging mill saw blade that came out on a job I was working on in a load of fill sand a few years before I got into making knives. I spark tested it and it looks the same as W-1. The handle is a piece of cow horn and then brass fittings. Looks like I used a 50 cal casing but its not. The blade is just over 3" and total of just over 7".

I love those knives made impromtu with raw materials. Very cool Ray..., thanks for sharing it....
 
Beautiful knife, you do good work. Nice potato too.;) BTW, That would make a great avatar.
