WOW:eek:

This kind of stuff is almost as cool as the knives themselves. You truly do have the "INFI" detector out!

Cool!

Thanks, Stinky.

Does anyone know what kind of steel at what Rockwell hardness was used in the puncture test where the Battle Mistress punctured through half an inch plate with no point damage?

just lucky i guess, i have bought some knives from people who saved them and sent them with the knives. must be lots of this stuff floating around somewhere?
maybe andre has some of the news letters?
i talked to a guy last week that said he found a bunch of old maps tossed in a dumpster in ohio. they all have riddles and strange hieroglyphics on them. i bought them off him and couldn't make heads or tales out of them. i'll probably send them to busse and see if he can decipher them.
by the way... where is jerry? he hasn't been around here for a while.

All Battle Mistresses are INFI. The RC was 58-60.

Very interesting reading Skunky, thanks :D

The specs for the LE BM say the handle material was MP-45 (the plastic the Stealth Hawk is made of). Do you think this is a misprint?

Thanks again Augustus Skunkus Maximus, I mean Idaho ;)

Idaho,
That is too Cool

I've got a few old Busse Ads (and always looking for more ;)) but I've never seen this one.

Thanks for sharing it with us :D:D

Sweet!! Only 297.00 for a combat grade!! I guess I'll have to pick a couple of those bad boys up!! :D :D

I noticed that too Andrew!
I wonder how many BMLE's escaped the shop with MP-45 slabs?:eek::eek:

IIRC there was some MP-45 milled for handles but it caused a lot of wear or problems with Jerry's tooling:(

Great Stuff!!Thanks for posting that.I remember some of the advertisments from Soldier of Fortune being scaled down versions of that.Cool to see:D
