What camera?

looks like a snow-kon d90

i keep blowing on the screen but the snow aint moving

just to keep it "on topic"...kinda & sorta ...fiddleback knives

im curious...i am hoping you say canon(... but im afraid not)so i can get your insight on some settings for pics

Lol, nope you were right, it's a Nikon D-90

Man, love both of those knives, that view of the Runt makes me like it even more.

Mist you need a runt. Just tryin to get you to buy more like you have to me.

It's a great edc. Small, but thick enough to be comfortable. Might be too heavy though for your daughter. Pretty sure my HB is lighter than my Runt.

Back on topic, I keep trying to save up for a real camera but I keep spending it on fiddlebacks.

i know the feeling thurin...i sold a bunch of knives off lately to buy a big green egg

didnt even make it a day before i committed to another fiddleback

i might need to do a sell off on monday instead of thurs/fri

Actually I may indeed need a runt for a more innocuous edc actually, and in a thinner steel it may also be a better choice for her than a 3F Karda in gloved hands, so HA.

Eh, I work with my cameras, I have no choice but to make sure they come before Fiddlebacks

You may be right there. I will have to check one out at some point. I was looking closely at your shot earlier.

Just keep playing with the camera man, if the desire is there then you will get there. I haven't had any formal schooling in photography...I've just been playing with cameras for almost forty years. My first influence with the camera goes back to an artist named Ben Hampton. He was the lead artist for the outdoor advertising agency where my father was plant manager back in the 60s and 70s, well before he set up Hampton House Studios. I met him when I was like four or five and by age 8 he had sparked a love for photography in me that has just never diminished. My father used to get reeeeally annoyed with the expense of my film developing in the 70s was like 9 or 10 and would go through three or four rolls to get 3 or 4 shots I liked. Man, I am soooo glad digital came along

You could practice more by putting a nice tight shot of your Runt and 3F Karda in my Karda ? thread
