Epic:
Thank you Nathan and Kermit. These are my favorite days to go hiking, and hence my forum name. Given to me in sarcasm by a friend in high school making reference to the number of times I skipped school in my junior and senior years to go hiking after looking out the window and seeing the tops of the mountains here shrouded in mist. I would just walk out to my truck and drive off. It was a pretty common joke among us. What was the school going to do, send a note home to my parents? I was 17 years old and had no parents for the last two years. I was at school to finish my education of my own free will, and so left there of it now and again as well, when I was caught up on my work and bored
This might be a moot question however I have to ask it. What is the likelihood this body of work might one day show up in print?

Not moot at all really. The whole point of the project is for some of it to show up in print in a few different ways. That's why so many test shots are being done. So I can sort out the right backgrounds, accent pieces, and lighting for each of the scenes that will be printed. The final versions of these scenes will be shot in a cave with the stone wall as the background. For now I am sorting out the right accent pieces I want to pack in there. That walnut table will be heavy enough without me taking along things that won't even get used
i always love your pics Brian. i especially like this one....
oh, and the ham.
Lol, thanks man. Hopefully the next shots of the pool will be taken in better light with a better camera, rather than in the pouring rain with a phone
Really nice photography and a perfect fit to the subject.
Thanks man, glad you like it
So epic!! The map pics are too cool!
Thanks Todd! This project is very dear to me personally, so I want to do it as well as I possibly can...hence all the various test shots
