Hi, I'm looking at getting a descent sharpening stone and was looking at the Miyabi Toishi Pro. My understanding is that these are the same as the Naniwa Chosera but without the base. Just wondering if that is correct. There's not a whole lot of information on them. Thank you in advance for any replies.
