MJ&S Closed?

Ive read lately where MJ&S was having some problems and that some of you were having problems with Mark. I just tried his website and it brings up an almost blank screen and only says

"This account has been disabled..
To have the account restored, contact Customer Service."

Did Mark close up shop for good or just for a short time to sort out his personal problems? Or is their a new site? Sorry if this already came up, but I didnt see anything about this.

I buy knives from Mark at local Bill Goodman gun and knife shows here in town, But havent been to one of those in quite awhile, so not sure if he attends those anymore or not either.

I don't know what's going on with Mark, but I hope it all gets squared away soon. HIs email server seems to be working, as it hasn't bounced my email yet.

That is strange. He just posted over in the dealers forum about finally being back and was having a contest to celebrate it. I even got some e-mail from him last week on a knife I was getting for a friend.

Fortunately, none of you guys have been waiting 35 days for your order to be delivered, with the money already in his pocket. He can post in the dealer forum, but not drop those with outstanding orders a quick note or even post info in Good, Bad, and the Ugly section.

Do a search in the Good, Bad & Ugly forum, there's quite a lot of vigorous debate going on regarding MJ&S. The bottom line seems to be that there was a death in Mark's family and these problems stem from that. He has about as many people defending him as attacking.
 
As of this posting I'm afraid it's not. I just checked after reading your post. Can't wait until it's back up and everything is sorted out though.

I got an e-mail from Mark today. He was having some technical difficulty and is trying to straighten it out. At this time, I too am unable to access his site. Have no fear, he will get it worked out.
