Being relatively new to custom knife collecting I've been taking a chance and buying a few off ebay if I like the way they look. I recently bought a couple from Amsterdam, New York that I was more than impressed with. I know his style is not for everybody (early American), but I really like them. Thought I would share. Elk horn and tiger maple; very, very sharp 1095 steel.

I like those... and have thought about picking up one as a nice old-looking user. Let me/us know how they perform for ya.

I buy lots of knives and am so impressed I ordered 2 more.I ordered a another maple handled knife like the one in the pic except with a 6'' blade. Also ML knives is making me copy of my Bark River Rouge bowie with a dark wood handle thats he is going to checker. My hand has slipped down on the blade of my Bark River Rouge bowie because there is no guard and the mircarta is slick when wet.I will post pics when they come.
