This old Queen never looked so good! And that's also the case with the Case!!:p
The ministrations of a Muskrat Man!

Antique stag from a long retired Henckels repairman, and desert ironwood replace deteriorated delrin in both cases; I mean Case and Queen; errr..... you know what I mean.
Sometimes you play on words, and sometimes words play on you!!:D :D

Nice!!!

I have a couple slippies with muskrat man myself. I'm looking forward to their transformation and reemergence.

That stag is killer. I'm pretty sure I've talked to the same Henckels repairman in the past, although it has been a few years now.

Muskrat Man is !!!  Very nice waynorth that stag is about as eye catching as it comes and the ironwood is A++++. You wouldn't to happen to have a before MM picture would you??

Sunburst, in the center, the sickly pale "pink" is a decaying red plastic. I buffed the white off, and it came back in a couple of weeks!! Weird!! Delrin?? I'm not sure. I don't have a pic of the Case, but it also had a white residue, and it was shrinking at one end of the back handle.

I wonder if delrin has a celluloid-like problem. Has anyone else seen this??

Well the words, suhweet, loverly, darn fine, play in my haid when I see those. Both look great and the scales really fit the knives themselves. Nothing added on about them. Nice work, MM! And, nice selections for rehandle, Charlie!

I'm glad you like them Charlie, I figured they would be waiting for you when you got home from OKCA. I think I might have a before pic of the stockman, let me dig around.

Thank you Waynorth that really gives an idea of the transformation doesn't..Talk about a change, Wow...:D

Great looking work there Rat Man! I too am looking forward to a Queen's transformation. I'll be sure to bring it to show & tell.

That Case looks stunning!!!
It feels like MuskratMan took the dungarees of the knife and put on a nice suit instead. A working knife in fancy clothes.
Very, very nice indeed!!
