Got my "Grit 55" from Ben at Fallen Oak Forge awhile back. Didn't get a chance to go out and use it until today. Freaking love it! :D




Traditional tanto/American tanto blend for the win. Forgive the dryness in the scales. Damn cheap dish soap.

Burlap micarta. There's some soap residue on them from a post steak grub wash in those pics too unfortunately. With a little bit of good old fashioned hand grease the burcarta only looks better too.

To be fair to the knife, here it was as new with the clay hamon still defined.
