Well, I thought my EDC Folding knives were large. Heheh, not anymore.

I wanted a great chopper that was not too big, not too small, so I settled on the FSH 2008 Special Edition. I like the bling of the Satin finish too. I'm not a fan of epoxy coated blades.

Man, what a heavy hunk of steel, but it's so well balanced.

I like the Black and Tan G10. I might have to find a matching 'Lil Busse to go with this FSH. I'm thinking maybe a Game Warden or something?

My wife officially thinks I'm crazy now.

Your wife is probably correct. Welcome to the hogcult club! Enjoy the insanity, brother!

That's a hellacious first piece of INFI

That's one of the best looking Busses ever IMO. Great score to kick it off right. I'm a little partial to Active Duties, so I think a Boney Active Duty would compliment that FSH really well. :)

Thanks! And pork really is my favorite meat, no joke. :D

A fine BBQ is not really all that common here in Southern California. But I grew up in Ohio. ;)

COngratulations and Welcome!

I am fond of 2008.

Thats a helluva nice busse! Is the G10 grex?? IMO, the SH is one of the most under-rated Busses. I love it, one of my favs. Cant wait til my shsh2 arrives :D:cool:

Congrats on the Score and wecome to the addiction!

Hey Eric, does putting bacon on a knife make it more appetizing? :D

Great blade! The 2008 SE editions are gorgeous!

I had a couple 2008 SE SJTAC's, but sadly, I traded/sold them a while ago. :(

Congrats on a Great piece of INFI, welcome to the madness and now just have fun!!!

Nice first choice. So, let me guess, your wife can't believe you spent that much on something that doesnt at least go bang. Congrats.

Congratulations on the great knife and you won't be able to stop there. Enjoy your new addiction.

My wife is completely anti-gun. Although I've gotten pretty good with an H&K USP45 at the local range. Would love to own one.

So, I compensate with large pieces of sharp steel.

Most problem I've had around here are drunken idiots. A giant piece of steel ("That's not a knife. Now THAT's a knife") or better yet just a plain ole Pepper Spray + Taser will suffice for our little condo.

I bought this FSH with back country hiking in mind, and tree pruning. (of course I could chop down an entire small tree now, LOL.) I've never like using or carrying Axes or Hatchets, so a medium large chopper is more versatile and handy for me.
