Its almost 8 am here ND, temperature is 16, and I have my grill heating up outside as I type this. I never got a deer this year, but a friend got a doe with his muzzleloader on Sunday and told me I could have it. I'm going to grind most of it and make sausage, but I saved the backstraps for some grillin. And what will you use to cut these wonderful pieces of meat up? Well a Becker of course!!! More specifically the BK11 that showed up last week that the girlfriend doesn't know about(shhhhhhhh). She told me I better not order one, so of course I did. Now I think I may have one in a box under the tree that she bought me for Christmas. OOPS!! Oh well, the only thing better than one BK11 is two right?
