Second one came in today sporting Bocote.

A few differences between it and my Lignum. The nail nick and pocket clip.

I'm digging it alot, so much so I'm actively stopping myself from searching out another...for now:D

Yeah ..... right! That's what I keep telling myself! Then someone posts another picture and I am off searching for something else to keep me on my Raman noodle and Lima bean diet! Nice!!
 
about the new nail nick, do you find it hard to open(one handed).a friend of mind has a new boxelder with the smaller nick, for me it's a little harder to open...but it could be me.
 
Gosh those are gorgeous!.....but you are feeding my addiction with such pics! I'm really thinking that Mnandis would be a great EDC option with the small sebenza.

The smaller nail nick hasn't been an issue, but that has to do with the way I open it one handed. I pinch the nail nick between my thumb and middle finger to open, then guide it to locked position the rest of the way with my thumb :thumbup:

These are beautiful little knives and make a great companion for the Umnumzaan or a Large Sebenza.

Up next will be an ebony, or if I lose my mind it'll be mammoth bark. Either way it will be awhile. This is my third CRK since the beginning of September :o

when did this new nail nick happen? seems the mnandi is getting as many if not more modifications like the umnumzaan. I had played with an older mnandi over at plaza cutlery and always wondered how people got it open with just one hand, looked like there was just too little to grab for, but it is possible :/ i hate that i missed that dragonskin mnandi or any of the mammoth ivory ones :p being late in the game :o
