Mnandi carry options

I received a snakewood mnandi a couple of weeks ago and I was curious how most of you carried the knife. Do you normally carry it in your pocket using the clip or with the leather carrying case? If you use the carrying case, have you removed the clip or left it in place?

I'm currently deployed in Iraq and carry my Large Micarta Sebenza clipped to my uniform pocket so I haven't had to worry about the Mnandi yet. I'm redeploying however in a few weeks and will return to an office environment where I plan to carry the mnandi as an EDC.

The pocket clip works great and I do not believe there is any way to remove it like the Sebenza. I typically carry a Mnandi with slacks and a Sebbie with Levis or more casual clothing. Both are carried in my right pants pocket.

I find the pouch too much work to carry.
 
I carry mine in a William Henry Medium Clipped Case with the Mnandi clip still attached.

Clip is one screw and you can't tell that it's missing.

I use the clip like a pen on a dress shirt, or no clip in the 5th pocket of jeans.
 
I usually clip mine to a pants pocket or shirt pocket. For pants that are more easily chewed up by the clip, I'll keep it clipped into my waistband.
 
W/O the clip in my right pocket..... works great in an office.

When I carry one of my Mnandis, I wrap it in paper, put it in the box and carry it like that!:D


Just kidding, I carry them in the leather pouch in my pants pocket.

I've carried it without clip in my pants pocket without problem, and I've carried it with clip, clipped to my shirt pocket. Each worked very well - but the shirt pocket carry is so nice that it is my favorite.
 
I carry my Mnandi in it's little leather CRK pouch in my front pants pocket and sometimes I just clip it in my breast pocket. It looks like a pen showing.

Seems to work just fine.
 
I carry mine clipped in the shirt pocket. . . .it looks like I'm carrying a pen. :D
 
The mnandi carries great in a shirt pocket and if I don't have shirt with a pocket I like IWB. Either way is great. BTW, my Mnandi is also Snakewood which is quite beautiful but I want to add a Mammoth Bark Ivory Mnandi to my CRK collection.

I usually carry mine IWB with the clip tucked behind a belt loop. This method works great for me. Sometimes I also use a shirt pocket as well.
