Mnandi clip question

I picked up my first Mnandi tonight, a snakewood piece, and I love it but, I was under the impression I was able to remove the clip and pouch carry the knife without needing anything extra. Is there a screw i can/need to buy to do so? Obviously the screw is an integral part of the clip and unless my box was missing a screw for clipless carry, where do I find one? I checked the website and only found replacement clips.

Thanks!

BTW my knife is a late July 2015 DOB if that matters

You can get a screw from CRK that will allow you to use the mnandi clipless. Give them a call.

The newer Mnandis require an additional screw. Call CRK and they will send you one (like nyefmaker said). I've gotten one from them two different times at no charge but I read somewhere on here that there is a minimal charge now. (The old ones do not require the extra screw.)

I called CRK on a Monday and had the screw by Friday! That was in October 2015 and it was free. I find the mnandi feels better in my hand and looks better without the clip.

Awesome to hear, I'll give them a call this afternoon. I agree it feels much better without clip and I feel this style/shape knife begs to be pocket carried, or in my case, pouch carried.
