I got my Mnandi a week or so ago and tried to disassemble it tonight. I didn't have too much trouble getting it apart but when I tried to put it back together the tolerences were so tight that I was having a problem getting parts to fit together especially the piviot and bushing. That one video with the Sebenza makes it look so easy but it takes a lot of pressure to push out either pin and they go flying when they give.
I got one of the washers pinched between the bushing and the handle and couldn't get the bushing off. In my haste and panic I tried using a plier with heavy paper to try to get it off. It didn't work and I still scratched the bushing pretty bad.
Would I need to get a new bushing? And what are your methods of assembling/disassembling your Mnandi? The sebbie method doesn't seem to work for me.
