Mnandi in Massachusetts

Hi, my birthday is coming up and I've been thinking about the Mnandi with cocobolo wood and Damascus steel ever since Nick Shabazz reviewed it.

My only concern is the local blade length laws. Massachusetts has no blade length limit on pocket knives but several cities do, including Lawrence where I work, Lowell where my girlfriend lives, and Boston. 2 1/2 inch limit.

I'm a law abiding citizen, a physician, and I can't imagine getting in trouble for carrying what is so obviously a gentleman's folder and work of art.

What's everyone's take and personal experiences on this subject?

Thanks

It is 2 3/4" and violates your laws. It may be silly but I was born in Lawrence and would not carry it.

I hate to say this, but consider a William Henry instead. They have several models with blades short enough to keep you out of the pen.

William Henry makes an elegant knife, great fit and finish. The Kestral and Pikatti are two really small ones that should meet the blade length you specified.
