Mnandi updated for 2021

Thanks to another thread in the CRK forum I noticed the Mnandi has been updated not just with S45VN but also with “an easy-open thru-hole nail-nick.” Does anyone have any hands on time with one? This seems unlikely as the estimated lead time is 12-16 months but if it is a more reliable opening method than the second generation nail nick I’d grab one once the lead time goes down a bit

I’ve seen the 2021 Mnandi with Damascus blade available at dealers, have not yet seen an S45VN one available.

That said I prefer the looks of the old nail nick. And I have never had an issue opening mine one-handed.
