Thinking about getting me a Mnandi. Can someone post a photo of one next to a small sebby for me to see its size?

Also, does it come with pouch or do I need to order one? And does it come with plugging method for clip screw hole?

Thanks in advance everyone.

Yes, they come with a pouch. No, the new clip is not removable unless you have CRK send you an extra screw.

Here is a pic of a large Sebenza, small Sebenza, and a Mnandi.

Both are great knives and I have owned several of each. If buying One, I would go with the small sebenza as its just built for stouter tasks in my opinion. The mnandi is no slouch as I have used mine for things that would make you cringe......lol. But out of the two, the small sebenza is the more heavy duty knife. Both can be had with inlays. The manndi is a special little knife and if you are seriously thinking of one, I know you would be quite happy with it.

Just ONE tip....!!! When you find a mnandi you like from a dealer, Make Sure the one pictured is the one you will get. Many dealers use a stock photo and the one you will receive will not be the one pictured. There has been a recent thread on this as well. Just something to keep in mind when inlays are involved.

Thanks all!

Nyfmaker, thanks for the advice, but I already own both a large and small 21. I'm trying to decide if I want to add a custom, a Mnandi or a William Henry.

If you already have a large and small Sebenza, then add the mnandi to complete the family! It is quite a bit smaller and lighter than the small Sebenza though. They are great for taking to work, church etc where a larger knife would gather unneeded looks. However, It will handle just about any daily cutting task with ease.
William Henry makes some fine knives as well, but you will be spending more than you would for a mnandi for a piece with similar features. (Inlay and satin blade finish)They also have a button lock instead of the frame lock.
If you like slipjoints the customs in that price and size range and size are easy to come by. If you are looking for a locking custom folder you will have to search a little more or commission your own piece.
Good luck!

Thanks ernie.

Not too many knives garner much attention where I'm from. Clipped on pocket knives are very common in all sizes.

As far as the WH, yes the button lock I'm not so sure about. But I love the jewel inlays.

Thanks for the advice and photos. Now I gotta decide lok

Can't recomend one over the other. I never owned a Mnandi because once I got a small 21, I wanted more. Plain, graphics, scales, damascus... So many options that it may be years before I have enough smalls and finally start on Mnandis.

Thanks all!

If you already have the other two, you know the quality CRK puts into a knife and I just KNOW you would love the mnandi in that case. As for customs, I really have none. I do have a small Dozier Folding Hunter that is VERY Nice ( Ironically Bob Dozier is a CRK Collector.....lol ), dont know of Doziers are considered customs or not. I do have one William Henry T12 that I recently picked up with a Fishtail Oak handle. Its super sweet. Quality is very high. Since a mnandi can be had for less than either of these and with your prior experience with CRK, I would say try the mnandi. Just make sure the one pictured is the one your getting like I stated earlier.

From my experience the Mnandi took the small Sebie out of my front pocket.
As mentioned above it can handle most EDC tasks.
I have to admit, that a large Sebie rides in a belt-poch. :)
The narrow blade is fantastic for cutting my daily apple.
