Mate check out Chuddy Bear. He made a sheath for my MOAB and I'm pretty sure he has done one for the Gladius as well.

I know that you said that you prefer leather, maybe you can order a leather one and purchase a kydex one right now. I know there are Kydex Gladius Sheaths available often on the exchange.
Or you can go to a local saddle shop. They often will make a leather sheath. If it's simple, it can be done in a couple days depending on their current work load.
But, for those blades, I think a quality sheath from one of our resident leather benders would be the way to go.
