Any comments on this model? I am interested in getting one. Please help me.:)

How is it compared to the trident? The handle looks pretty the same.

Thanks

Do you mean AFCK by Benchmade? Or the ATCF by Terzuola? Or the Microtech version of the ATCF? Or something all together different?

Guess it is a problem wuth the capitals:
MOD ATFK
Masters of Defense ATFK was the one I meant.

The Advanced Tactical Folding Knife, or ATFK, is a special run that MOD made for another group. The handle is the Trident handle which is a VERY GOOD handle. The difference is a more defined spearpoint blade. Looks like a real nice piece to me!:D

Check out www.mastersofdefense.com Big D for a pic.

I handled it some time ago...and also thought about getting one. It is quite good piece of steel, quality is superb and the spring powerful. Construction of this baby implies 100% tactical/combat purposes. A bit expensive for me. But if you buy one you shouldn't be dissapointed. Forget about EDC purposes in crowd - atfk is too fearsome especially auto version ;)

it's only available through specialmissionknives.com and not as widespread as the MOD ones
i was looking for one in my local shop, and apparently they don't bring in special orders

What's odd is that the Watson Trident is no longer listed on the MOD site.

Any idea why?

So, some details...
1) Both knives look VERY similar. Handle is identical.
2) On MoD's past site there was a Trident in "Knives" section and ATFK in "special" section.
3) Now Trident is not mentioned, and ATFK is in the same section ith other knives.
4) Text about ATFK in PDF catalog is nearly identical to text about Trident on MoD's past site and PDF file.
Judging by the abovestated, I belive that ATFK is just a modificated Trident, and, pehaps soon would be distributed through usual channels.
Your ideas?

When is it so...the price should decrease. This is related with less profit. No, I don't think it is possible. I wish to say it wrong.
