MOD Dieter question

I have only had the chance to handle this knife once and was quite impressed. It seems to be about the same quality as a Microtech folder but at a higher price. I don't think that you would be disappointed if you were to purchase one.
I would suggest that you take a look at the Microtech Socom or the soon to be released Amphibian. These are very nice, well built, knives. They have a great reputation, that is well deserved.
Keith.

I've had some problems with mine sticking shut. It sometimes sticks so tightly that I can barely pry it open. Really weird. Other than that it is a very comfortable knife and rather evil looking.

I'm thinking of sending it back for a tuneup. MOD has very good customer service.

I've carried one for a few months now and love it. It's a huge knife with a solit lock up. I'd get the full size with the line cutter it seems to have more uses than the smaller size with the carbide tip and they just came out in an auto version.

Strong, tough, precise locking, built like a tank (and weighs like one). Even closed, would make a very effective club
