Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I have a question about the Masters of Defense/ Duane Dieter CQD. Due to its high price, I was curious to see where the cheapest ones are. The cheapest I saw one was for $199.00 (I don't know if they honor their prices though). I prefer brand new and in the box. I want the anodized black one half-serrated.
I love the large handle and smallish blade, if you want to call 3.75 inches small. It's smaller than the Spyderco Police model knife I carry now. It's got to be one of the finer combat knives I've seen.
I wouldn't sharpen the back side of the knife though, since when holding the knife against the back of the arm, you could split your forearm wide open.
