MOD Nightwing and Extrema Ratio Fulcrum S choice

I am able to get myself a good deal on one of these knives, and i'm curious which one would be recommended for what purposes. I just wish i could afford myself both, but unfortunately for me thats not the case =)

One is the new MOD Nightwing, and the other is the Extrema Ratio Fulcrum S (which up to now has been hard to locate in Canada - for a decent price, let alone what is offered to me brand new!) May even be able to get a ER Venom (because i like the drop-point style blade, i'll see if this is available as well)... But unfortunately the knife i would really like the Col Moschin is not available as everyone i ask about ER seems to be dropping this brand.... (or maybe they just have the same supplier in Canada?)

Basically I'm wondering on some opinions on both these, mainly for outdoor type tasks, like lots of cutting, even some chopping, camp-type chores, or just general utility and maybe a little hard use.

I'm aware there are plenty of good hard-use knife choices, especially less-expencive ones such as Swamp Rat, Becker Knife & Tool, Ontario RAT... to name a few, but since i have an opportunity to get an exceptional knife now for less than its sold anywhere else, i'd hate to miss it.

I'm just looking for some opinions to help make a choice.

Both are great , Seeing how you are able to buy the Mod pretty much everywhere you should grab up the Extrema and get the MOD next. :D

Thats a good point. Especially since the price on these things is always high as they have to be special ordered...
 
does the fulcrum have a pocket clip?? some dont ya know FWIW. am not sure if the "S" does or not, i know the fulcrum 11s have them.

of the 2 i would get the ER, they are great knives imho.
