MOD ROCKS! UPS SUCKS!

Buy Masters of Defense knives! They are a class act and own up to other companies mistakes. I sent a Trident in to get sharpened and UPS lost it on the return trip.
You know what Jim Ray did? He is sending me a new knife. He spoke to me personally on the phone. Very nice man, great company, best knives on the market. If it wasn't for them I'd be out a knife, plus have to deal with UPS UGHHHH!

WOW! now THAT'S customer service! (actually, it's above and beyond the call of duty) kinda makes a fella feel warm an' cozy inside to hear that kinda thing still exists!
I've been really impressed by everything I've seen and heard about MOD, thinkin' maybe it's time for me to try one!
