Mod to Trad Mora to make them work with a Kydex Sheath....

So, I have had a number of requests to know if Kydex would work with traditional Moras...

And the answer is, as stock, not really...

But, with this mod, which I had seen a guy do, Kydex can work pretty good. Basically, it is the addition of a Button Head screw to the handle, in the wood, right at the ferrule. Pretty easy to do with a just a few tools.

Great Mod.......... and great sheath. You only live about (30) mins away. I love CDA. Well..... the older part.

Seems like the screw would be under your thumb sometimes. Maybe put it on the other side of the knife.

Thanks! I love CDA too, but had to move away... Living in NE Washington now, but it is nice here too. More Rural.
