I know this is going to be tough without pics, but maybe I can get some later. My company recently bought some Randall knives and the poor fellows at the knife counter have no idea what they are. They look to all be Model 1s except for a Big Bear Bowie.

They all have smooth-back sheaths with unmarked hardware. The first one has a white paper micarta handle with "AI" on the handle. I'm assuming that stands for "Artificial Ivory."

The second one is simply stag.

The third one looks like smooth stag, or bone with an unmarked estucheon on it.

The fourth one has a smooth canvas-type micarta handle with a palm swell. It looks a little older.

I know this is reaching, but what can you all tell me about these from my poor descriptions? Is there a site with pics that I can check out for reference?

Thanks -- I may have to use my discount to pick a few of them up! :D

Try going to Randall's web site. Try searching old posts here.
Try the Randall Knife Society web site. Pictures would help.

If your company is going to sell them, where would they be posted?
