I am only able to guess/narrow this down based on sheath/stamp/spacers but I could be very wrong since I’m only armchairing it based on some reference books I have. Can anyone help me confirm/ narrow the year of manufacture? 40s/50s/60s? My guess is early 50s but I’m not sure, thanks!

Early to mid 1950's. The horizontal keeper strap was changed to a diagonal style in the later 50's. The flared throat opening sort of points to earlier 50's as well. It would be easier with the keeper strap and stone pocket in place but that is close for sure. Great old knife.

Thanks so much for the information!

Wow! Nice old knife. Rub that green corrosion off of the brass and don’t store it in the sheath.
