Hi guys,

Over 2+ years a go, I bought a model 94, just a post 64 cheapie to have around. The logic of such a gun was suggested to me on a thread here about light effective guns to head for the hills with. Not an offensive battle rifle, but a light utility gun, for hiding out and feeding/protecting oneself with.

I ended up doing some engraving for the guys at work on their own stuff. here is how they repaid me, by slicking this rifle up real nice. I did the gold wire inlay. BTW, it shoots great too!

Take care,

Tom

That is beautiful beyond words Tom! I love that colored case work! :D

Now THAT is nice, Tom. Camo-bluing. Knowing your work, I'm sure you deserve it.

Yvsa, I REALLY hate to ask what looks like orchids.

I love the look. It is clean and "old fashioned" but looks fresh and new at the same time.

Now you are going to need to buy a new "cheapie" because that is now a "sweetie".

Another way-cool beauty firearm from Graver Tom.

How about an engraved K31? Maybe one of mine?

Hi guys,

Thanks for the compliments. I didn't do much on this one!

Kis, we are all OK. Abby will have surgery in the spring, I'm still waiting for the kidney stone to come on through. The kids are all growing up!

You're right Danny. In the right hands, it is a formidable implement.

Ad, I have heard K31 receivers are pretty tough!

Take care,

Tom

Great restoration job, the 94 has taken more deer than all the other rifles combined.
