Has anyone tried this model yet? I sold my beacon in hopes of finding a replacement, which i thought night be the speedster or Starhawk. So I'm wondering if anyone has tried all three or at least the new models for some feedback. Thanks!!
 
Why on earth would you sell a Beacon??

Your post is confusing. You’re trying to replace a Beacon you sold? But you’re posting a picture of a Hinderer? What does a Speedstaer or Starhawk have to do with anything?

Is the picture your signature?

I'm not entirely sure what your point is? Yes, I sold my Beacon because the detent was a bit too light so I'd miss opening randomly. I also get bored of knives and like to swap the cheaper ones out fairly often. I also have a "keep forever" collection which that Hinderer is in. I do however want another somewhat interesting EDC to replace it. The Speedster and Skyhawk are a slight departure from two slabs of Ti stuck together with no details. Both knives have quite a bit of extra milling and an interesting shape.
The Hinderer is my profile picture, and yes it is an XM18 3.5 wearing a custom "marvel blue" carbon fibre scales by Aramis Akhmedov by Carbonplate (before they sort of vanished and CarboTi & FatCarbon replaced them. Has nothing to do with my question here; it's just one of my collection items that looks cool.
