I am a pretty avid knife enthusiast and my typical interests are in modern gentleman's/traditional knives. What I mean are knives that are considered on the more "classy" side and somewhat traditional but with more modern materials such as an upgraded blade steel or handle materials. I typically stay on the smaller side with knives but I do sometimes go a little bigger. A good example of a knife I love is the Benchmade Proper which is basically a traditional slipjoint but has S30v steel which is great. I also tend to gravitate to USA made knives but am willing to go elsewhere. I'll post pictures of my current collection. I'm looking for any suggestions on other knives that I haven't come across yet that you guys might know about. Thanks!

Here are the pics of my current collection.

Plenty of Gents folders out there. All depends on how deep your pockets are.
What are you looking to spend?

Find the knife reviews of Stephan Schmalhaus on YouTube. They are chock full of knives in this genre to consider.

I probably sound like a broken record but, get a benchmade 940,943, 940-1 or another 940 exclusive. They carry so nice, have great options and are fun to play with.

Hmm. Not gettin the pics though I'd love to see them! Modern Gents/Trads is a theme that appeals to me.
I tried uploading the pics again down below. Let me know if you can see them. Glad to know im not the only one with this theme

I have to admit a 940 has always been on my bucket list! I'm a Benchmade (well really more of an axis lock) lover.

This subject keeps coming up, and I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, but nothing I've seen posted or recommended in this thread constitutes what I would consider a "gentleman's" knife.

so you wouldn't put a Case trapperlock or Benchmade Proper in the gentleman's category? I'd have to respectfully disagree with you on that one.
