The edge profile looks like it is very high performance regarding penetration, however it is difficult to be sure just looking at a picture. The handle curvature looks a little extreme the the end butt looks like the slant is too much forward, but again, it is difficult to be sure just from a pic . There are however obvious flaws in the head as there are a couple of transitions which look far too sharp.
One obvious flag that pretty much always means look elsewhere is "high carbon stainless", this often means something like 440A, or even worse AISI 420, however I don't think it is the latter in this case. In any case, using a stainless steel in an axe has obvious problems due to the low impact toughness of stainless steels in general, which is pretty much the exact property you want to maximize in an axe. For a working axe wear resistance is of no significant benefit as edges will blunt by deformation, not by abrasion, so all those carbides in the high alloy stainless blade do nothing except make it more difficult to sharpen the blade.
The handle attachment is also a bit problematic, for an axe I would want an axe attachment and that looks like a tomahawk style fit which is far less secure. The price also exceeds the cost of a Bruks Wildlife Hatchet, and I would seriously surprised if the quality is comparable. If you get one I would be interested in how it performs.
