Hello my dear friends,

After a long time off with God's good will i managed to finish a new slipjoint folding knife.

It's a new concept, with a high finish and attention to details. Each and every part was carefully hand sanded, fitted, polished and buffed to be pleasant to the eye and to provide a smooth and precise action.

I tried to bring some new style elements to a well established concept with an ergonomic sheepsfoot stype blade and a very comfortable handle.

The knife is extremely light and well balanced in hand and provide a very pleasant cutting experience.

The 0.085 thick blade is made out using 'spicy white' high carbon steel, a steel specially designed for scalpels and razor with a super fine structure that yelds scary sharp edges. It was hand grinded and habd sanded longitudinally for a pleasant look. All edges were buffed to a mirror finis that is extremely pleasant to the eye and hand.

The handle is two tone chocolate micarta, is extremely light and it was finished by hand to a nice translucent gloss.

The pivot pin is made out of brass for its self lubricating ability, the screws are grade 5 titanium with anodized 'flame' alu washers. The tension on the blade can be adjusted on users prefference. The pins are turned on lathe for a precision fit and the holes were countersunk to allow pins to expand correctly.

The spring is flush in all three positions and it has a smooth 'walk and talk'. The blade is centered.

My lovely wife made for it a nicely finished, handmade veg tanned thick ox leather pouch.

I would really like and be honored to hear your thoughts!

All and only the best, God bless,
Bogdan
