I voted that it could use a change and I based this entirely on the weight. While big kuhkri's are fun to use they can be very tiring to swing a lot and I think something closer to 2lbs might be better in the situations you described. I'll make an assumption that the blade is a little on the thick side making it great for wood but rough for vines or smaller vegetation clearing. It would split wood well but maybe not chop the greatest, again that's based on the weight and fatigue that could be likely.

The blade shape looks interesting, not my tastes, but useful for sure.

I think 5" handles are nice, I am curious if the steep stop at butt would cause excessive discomfort on the pinky after a lot of cutting as I have similar feelings about a big tin churra I have from a different kuhkri maker in similar length and weight, probably even a little larger. I plan to start sanding the handle to my flavor to move my hand more towards the balance point and stay away from the bottom of the handle that really digs into my hand as the weight of the kuhkri really tries to pull it out of hand after a while. Amazing wood splitter.

Shouldn't this be in the exchange, since all this basically amounts to is a sales ad (with a PayPal link even...)?

He's opening himself and product open to criticism, not something that one would do in a sales post. I believe he's allowed , as a maker to provide a link.

Kinda cool, actually. It reminds me of the stuff from the Philippines traditional weapons sites. I do not like the jimping/teeth on the spine though, as it seems there just to make it look more "badass." And nothing should have "zombie" in the name.

I wonder about that lower front guard area being rough on the finger...

Pardon the personal opinion, but anything remotely linked to zombie role playing IMO,
has to be taken with a grain of salt.
Besides that, it's almost entirely an unwritten code for zombie bladeware to come in loud playful fluorescent colors.
But no worries, Resident evil fans are always on the look out for cool kukris.
Which IMO, this knife exhibits and more.
So good job!
Imho, technically speaking that is;
a modern knife should have modern fixtures.
You know, stuff like plastics thru to carbon fibre laminates.
So what about having such tech materials for handle scales?
Of course that entails brass screws and the likes to facilitate the ability for removal of handle scales.
Whilst Natural Leather may be pretty, it may not be however, the most hardwearing or weatherproof material for sheaths when compared to some modern man-made alternatives.
To be brutally honest, I do find find the knife in question to be fairly attractive.
However, it is by no means a completely new or modern interpretation of the venerable kukri.
I am certain that there are recognisable redeeming qualities that some would find instantly appealing
It being yet another variant of a "dog legged" outdoors knife.
Oh don't get me wrong, It's looks pretty rugged alrite but let's drop the zombie designation
and please let us see some photos of this brute going through some real world testing the next time around.

It looks good.

I'd like more pictures, and videos of it being used. I'd like to see more pictures of how the blade is integrated in to the handle. Is the tang visible throughout the entire handle (top and bottom)?

I'd consider buying one! Page is bookmarked for when I am ready to buy....hopefully you can add the pictures and videos.

Please check and let me know

That handle looks beautiful. It also looks like murder on the hand if you’re actually whacking things.

$140 seems reasonable though if the quality matches the photos.

By the way, people would probably be way more interested in your normal khukris on your website.

I don't care how it's made, that is a direct copy. Not original or even a homage. Just a flat out copy. No bueno.
