Here is my Ontario Hell's Belle that I bought from a forumite. I got rid of the Dymondwood grip and used Mexican Macawood for the new handle. I used the factory guard and ferrule (which happens to be solid stainless, not plated brass). I added my own brass tacks but used the factory estucheon (sp?) but flipped it over. I removed the ONTARIO USA marking and then buffed the blade to give it a more "forged" look.
The factory sheath is pretty crappy, so I made a pigskin sheath and used the factory frog.
It is a pretty cheap way to have a knife that is close to (except for the steel) a real Hell's Belle.
